"I was at a dealership and called to add a new vehicle on at around 445pm in the afternoon last Tuesday. While i am sitting at the dealership with the salesman who needs the insurance, Luis takes all the information on the new vehicle and then abruptly at 5pm on the dot says his system isnt working and transfers me to some line where just went into an endless loop and I couldnt get anywhere. I had to call my State Farm agent from another state and get the 24 hour central State Farm number and start the process over. Im really upset that Luis couldnt just finish adding the new car onto the insurance when he made me go through all the ifnomration already. It was obvious he wanted out the door at 5pm. Absolutely terrible customer service. I always seem to have problems with this agent year after year and not once had I ever heard from Chris Bogue with all the problems I had. Even with State Farm Claim center when i had to file a claim, you couldnt get the adjuster on the phone ever. I got screwed royally on that claim as well. Maybe its time to look elsewhere for my insurance, certainly in Florida."

And this office jump me o up to $565.19 when my payments was 304.63, I know they talked to my husband, about it. But guess what!
